Claude is a grandpa!! Congratulations.
Club received $643.00 from the city for ski lessons and collected telemark fees from Pat.
General fund has approximately $2000.00
Club received a T5 for interest income. Claude will contact the society people re: what we need to do.
Social Directors: Brian Davies and Carol Lindner
Bower Kin hall is booked. Cost is now $25.00/hour therefore rental for the evening will cost $100.00.
Members are encouraged to dress up in funny hats _
Carol will provide Terry with a note re: pot luck and will contact phone committee.

Mountain Tours: Steve
Steve announced that the first aid kits have arrived and passed them onto Jenny to top up. The kits were paid for from the mountain tour fund.
Steve has been contacted by Woodys Marathon people requesting a water station for May long weekend. Steve will arrange and announce the need for volunteers at the AGM.
Steve polled executive to get numbers for the Exec. Weekend ski trip to be held April 13/14.

Brian reported on problems encountered arranging for the second half of the tour leader training course. In Brians words If we had a goat, we would have a complete party!.
Snow caving is no longer allowed in Jasper part. He is trying to get permission in Banff Park. Accommodation has been arranged for at Sask. Crossing.

BUSINESS:
Meeting with city: Don and Pat will meet with the city on April 4th to discuss general track setting and the Loppet.
AGM Planning: PLG will be revived_. Pat agreed to take minutes in Bonnies absence. Carol organizing pot luck.
Loppet application: Don will complete.
New Executive nominations: Don reported that Peggy has volunteered to take secretary and that Steven and Sandy are interested in social. Terry will continue in the Newsletter position. Dale will continue in Publicity unless another member indicates interest.
Publicity for Kinsmen donation: Don will discuss with Kinsmen. Exec members recommended writing a letter to Editor to wrap up the season or arranging for a feature story at the beginning of the next season.
Cross Country Alberta Club survey: Mike volunteered to complete this on behalf of the club. Don asked Mike to remember that racers are people too.
Adopt a Park: Apparently we adopted Heritage Ranch a year ago. We support the park through our work party in the fall and by keeping an eye on park violations (machines in park). Dick will complete a year end (rear end) report in conjunction with Don.
Don, our esteemed leader, told Claude to shut up!.

Tour Leader Trip Scheduling Meeting: Will be held on the second Tuesday in September at Steves place.
