Day Tours/ Lessons: John
Waiting for confirmation from Barb re: day trip in March. No one attended Brain/Carol’s day trip.
John reported that we raised $700.00 through lessons – City will send cheque for this amount minus administration fees. John reported that all registrations were done through cashier but noted that there is no extra charge to register by phone or Internet.
John presented info. on Community Guide adds and recommended that the club consider purchasing a _ page add for the Club Listing.
Brian moved that the we run the current club listing (with updated web site) in both the Fall and Winter Activity Guides and the lessons add in the winter guide. Claude seconded CARRIED
Mountain Tours: Steve
Steve confirmed hut bookings needed for Easter Trip and Tour Leader Course.
Tour leader/Exec ski trip will be held April 13/14 at Crossing

Mike requested that Terry eliminate the line “and satalite phone” from the description for the Mountain tour sign up as it is no longer necessary.

River Bend Costs re: Lessons/Loppet: Don will discuss with Fay from city as we have concerns re: costs charged for Loppet given that we did trail setting this year.
Loppet Commitment: Executive agreed to run the Loppet again next year. Don will send in data/application.
