Cross Country Ski Lessons for Beginners and Intermediate Skiers
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays Jan 11, 13, 18, 20, 2010
Time: 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.
Location: River Bend Golf and Recreation Area
Registration: In person at City of Red Deer Recreation Center (downtown), or Collicut Center
Lessons: Will include information on skis, boots, bindings, waxing, clothing and primarily classical ski technique (including uphill and downhill ski skills), but will also touch on ski skating for those interested.
Instructors: Don Wales, Mike Spencer, Claude Sam Linda Dickin
